From your hosts
A note from Palm Peach
As proud hosts, we are passionate about making your stay smooth, stylish and stress-free. We created these spaces to be fun: the mural, the pink, the boho light, the sunrise balcony on North Beach. Whether you are here for a girls’ getaway, a honeymoon or a family holiday, we want you to feel at home, just with better views, ocean air and maybe a Bellini in hand.
We love Tybee and are always happy to share our favourite local spots, hidden gems and beach tips. Thanks for choosing Palm Peach; we can’t wait to host you.

Tybee Island
Savannah’s beach, with a personality of its own
Tybee is the barrier island at the end of US-80, twenty minutes from Savannah’s squares and a world away from them: five miles of beach, a lighthouse from 1736, a pier, a marine science center, dolphin boats, and a main road of taco bars, pizza joints and ice-cream counters you can walk to from the condos. These are our favourites.
From the Racquet Club: Huc-A-Poos, Zunzibar, Chamacos, Tybean and the Sugar Shack are a few minutes’ walk along US-80; the pier is ten minutes; the Lighthouse and North Beach Bar and Grill a short drive north; the Crab Shack three minutes by car; Fort Pulaski six; downtown Savannah twenty-five.
